WILLIAMSPORT — A Centre County man with serious health problems was sentenced Wednesday to more than eight years in federal prison for possession and distribution of child pornography.However, U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann delayed until Sept. 11 the date for Jeffrey M. Stormer, 64, to begin serving his sentence of eight years and one month.
