A York man and his stepson were charged with shooting two men, killing one, in what police said was motivated by suspicions about the victim’s relationship with the man’s wife, according to an affidavit of probable cause.Around 8:15 p.m. Aug. 15, West York police were sent to the first block of Highland Avenue, near the Carriage Works Apartments, for a shooting.
