Pa. man gave alcohol, meth to 8-month-old who later died: police

A Blair County man is in jail after police said he gave alcohol and drugs to an infant, hours before the child went into cardiac arrest and died. Robert Jenkins, 35, of Altoona, has been charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment, and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the Altoona Police Department.
