Governor Josh Shapiro and Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding marked a major milestone this week at Talview Dairy Farm in Lebanon County, celebrating Pennsylvania’s leadership in farmland preservation. Since the start of the Shapiro Administration, the state has invested more than $140 million to preserve 472 new farms and over 39,000 acres of prime farmland. In
