A Woodbridge man who has owned a roofing company in the state for more than a decade has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for a tax evasion scheme. Anthony Delmaro, 49, faced sentencing on Wednesday in federal court in Hartford, where U.S. District Judge Sarala V.
