Hannibal police use video to identify buglary suspect, recover stolen property

HANNIBAL – Police say video helped them identify a burglary suspect early on in their investigation, make an arrest and recover most of the stolen property. It began around 9:30 a.m. morning when officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 800 block of Walnut. On Monday, Cody S.
