City of Lincoln Says Eight Pools Are Now Open Following First-Day Overcrowding, Mechanical Issues

Lincoln Parks and Rec said filters and sanitizers were overwhelmed as six of nine pools closed during the season’s first major heat event.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The City of Lincoln on Tuesday addressed the issues that caused multiple city pools to shut down on opening day.
