BATON ROUGE - Emergency officials are on the scene of an overturned 18-wheeler on I-10 early Wednesday morning.The crash, which was first reported around 4 a.m., is blocking both lanes of I-10 westbound between South Acadian Thruway and Terrace Avenue, as well as I-10 eastbound near City Park.The crash happened between the Dalrymple Drive and old Washington Street exits.Permalink
