The intense rains of this weekend have caused the overflow of the Los Cuartos dam in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. During the afternoon of Sunday, the dam did not give more of itself and the level of several rivers of the area were removed from its channel. Naucalpan de Juárez, June 24. “We lost almost everything, again we ran out of furniture,” lamented a neighbor, whose house, like several properties in the Nueva San Rafael colony, are almost empty on the first level, after for the second consecutive year the Green River (Los Cuartos) overflowed, flooding at least 50 properties with sewage and foam layers that entered the houses through pipes and toilets.
Derived from the heavy rains that have occurred in Naucalpan and which left the overflow of the Rio Verde, 3 houses were evicted.
