Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy, who has alleged that there has been a misappropriation of more than Rs 3 lakh crore in the NICE project, has called on the public not to pay tolls. He has also warned that he will continue the legal fight against the case and has accused the NICE organization of misusing the land given by the farmers.
