- Chief Electoral Officer C. Sudharshan Reddy explained that 73,47,075 enumeration forms were categorized as "Uncollectable," meaning electors failed to return them before the deadline.
- Electoral officials identified 60,69,065 anomalies amounting to almost 23% of submitted forms, plus 2,85,571 individuals marked Absent, Shifted, or Dead, alongside 3,21,151 Demographically Similar Entries indicating duplication.
- Starting August 17, Electoral Registration Officers will send notices to all affected electors, as these individuals will not appear in the draft Electoral Rolls.
- Draft Electoral Rolls will be published August 17, with hearings continuing until October 15, 2026 before final publication on October 19; Adilabad reported maximum anomalies at 33% of forms collected, while Wanaparthy recorded 32%.
