The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has welcomed new findings from TfL, which he says show the success of the city’s ULEZ scrappage scheme. The London Mayor extolled the benefits of his controversial Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) scrappage scheme this morning.
