On September 18th, the water level of the Bui River in Quang Bi commune (Hanoi) continued to rise. The water flooded residential areas, leaving Dong Dau hamlet in Ninh Kieu village completely submerged.
Floods have affected 1,230 people and 298 households in Tran Phu commune, Hanoi, of which 145 households with 580 people had to be evacuated to safe areas.
