The City of London is reopening outdoor amenities and resuming programs after three days of wildfire smoke forced closures and cancellations. But Environment Canada warns smoky conditions could return Saturday evening, while severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds, large hail and heavy rain are expected this afternoon.
