Ottilia, 5, needs an adapted school – there is no preschool class in Östersund

In June, Ottilia will turn six, and in the fall, her parents would have preferred for her to start at the adapted primary school in Östersund. But there is no longer a preschool class there. “Our greatest dream would have been for her to come to an environment where she belongs, but that is not going to happen,” says her mother Jeanette Palmarsson.
