A dangerous drive in Severn Township ended with a spike belt and a long list of charges. Around 5:10 Tuesday afternoon, Orillia OPP say officers responded to multiple reports of an erratic driver on Highway 12 at Vasey Road. The vehicle was located in the area of Penetanguishene Road and Ski Trails Road, where police deployed a spike belt to bring it to a stop.
