Does ORF.at have too many texts?

The "OÖ Nachrichten" found that ORF.at was supposed to have published more texts than allowed. ORF resists this accusation and comes to a different number.

ORF: According to OÖN research, orf.at significantly exceeds the amount of 350 text contributions allowed by law per week, the public-law channel reacts nervously.

The ORF has rejected in the strongest possible terms the breach of the ORF law by ORF.at on Friday on the basis of a "research" of the "Oberösterreichische Nachrichten" and is against the spread of falsehoods and targeted disinformation. The "OÖN" also did not ask the ORF for an opinion on the concrete accusation.
