Austrian public broadcaster ORF has fired one of its editors over an anti-Semitic post on social media, the Austrian news agency APA reported on Friday. "If I have been a victim for 2,000 years, I should slowly think about what caused this," the now-former editor wrote on Facebook.
After anti-Semitism accusations against a message from a long-serving ORF editor, there is now a contract cancellation. ORF General Roland Weißmann apologized in the name of ORF.
