Oregon placed under a flash flood watch Saturday caused by excessive rain

On Friday at 12:52 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch valid for Saturday between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.The weather service states, "Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible."
