- Emergency crews transported all four individuals to Salem Hospital for treatment, where the children were medically cleared and released to their father, Antonio Benavidez, on Sunday.
- Benavidez was placed on a physician's hold and seen by psychiatric staff before being booked into the Marion County Correctional Facility on three counts of first-degree attempted murder.
