Oregon man released after high-speed chase sparks large wildfire near Wallula

WALLA WALLA — An Oregon man accused of leading state troopers on a high-speed chase in a vehicle that later crashed and sparked a massive wildfire made his initial appearance in Walla Walla County Superior Court Monday afternoon.
