The first 13 previously classified government decisions have been made public. Based on the decisions, approximately 65 billion forints were allocated for research.
In the first round, 13 documents related to the End of the Century were shown. They involve quite a few billions of public funds. In total, about 100 resolutions will be made public.
The government has begun reviewing and publishing the so-called three thousand government decisions made over the past 16 years, which have been classified until now. In the first step, thirteen decisions on research and consultancy, worth a total of around 65 billion forints, will be made public, while the Prime Minister's Office is also examining the related contracts and their performance, the Hungarian government said in a statement.
In the first round, 14 decisions totaling about HUF 65 billion were published.
