YME students visit state capitol - Granite Falls News
Last week, sixth graders from Yellow Medicine East Middle School in Granite Falls traveled to the state capitol building in St. Paul. They toured the building and heard stories about the capitol’s history, art and architecture. The group also visited with their local legislators, Senator Gary Dahms (R – Redwood Falls) and Representative Chris Swedzinski (R – Ghent).

In a moment of pride for the Panhandle and the entire state, Oklahoma Panhandle State University’s national champion North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture team was recognized at the Oklahoma State Capitol on April 28.
