A truck driver and trucking company are charged after the driver was pulled over for hauling an extra long load of logs without the proper precautions.  The 29-year-old truck driver was pulled over on Paul Martin Drive near Pembroke in Ontario, Canada shortly before 6 p.m. Monday.
