Operation Safety Cone returns to Milton for second year | Santa Rosa Press Gazette

The Milton Police Department is about midway through the second year of Operation Safety Cone, a program that lets officers hand out tickets to young people they catch doing something right, such as buckling a seat belt, using a crosswalk, wearing a bike helmet or picking up litter.
