Ontario police watchdog clears 3 officers who shot and killed Brantford, Ont., man in January
The man was killed in the early morning of Jan. 16 at a home in Brantford. According to SIU Director Joseph Martino's report, the man was holding a woman hostage at knife point when the officers shot him.
