- Crown counsel David Tice argued against vigilantism as the court prepares to deliver a sentencing decision on June 26, with the Crown seeking 2.5 years and the defence requesting time served.
- Lawyers Arash Ghiassi and Riaz Sayani argue Canada should refuse to extradite Cottle to the United States, asserting he should not be prosecuted or punished twice for the same conduct.
