Syracuse, N.Y. – Onondaga County’s new aquarium at the Syracuse Inner Harbor is about two-thirds built, according to a briefing presented Tuesday to county lawmakers. The sea creatures are expected to move in by late July. Construction crews are doing everything they can to have the facility open by Labor Day.
