Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico (Směr) is reportedly planning to visit the White House. The aim is to sign an intergovernmental agreement with the US on the construction of a new nuclear power plant in Jaslovské Bohunice by the American company Westinghouse, the Slovak portal Aktuality.sk reported on Tuesday, citing information published by Hungarian investigative journalist Szabolcs Panyi, citing an unnamed reliable source.
The intergovernmental agreement is being finalized, and Robert Fico may be invited to Washington for the final signing.
