Oneida resident receives towing industry’s highest honor

ONEIDA, N.Y. — American Towman Magazine awarded Andy Parent of Andy’s Tow Service in Oneida the American Towman Medal during Festival Night at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, Md., on Nov. 22, 2025.
