CULIACÁN, SIN.- With the reinforcements of 800 new army elements, three hundred of them from the Special Forces and Parachute Fusiliers, surveillance was strengthened in the state capital, on the occasion of the first anniversary of the capture of Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada García and Joaquín Guzmán López, at a Texas rural airport in the United States.
