The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is expected to soon implement a joint tourist visa, a long-awaited initiative. Similar to the Schengen system in Europe, this system will allow international visitors to travel to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait with a single visa.
With the joint tourist visa arrangement approved by the Gulf Cooperation Council, international travelers will be able to freely visit six Middle Eastern countries with a single visa.
