One person was injured and at least one pet died in a residential fire in the 6700 block of Roosevelt Drive in Ketchikan Monday morning. The fire was reported at about 11:30 a.m. and crews arrived on the scene around five minutes later. One person was transported to the hospital with severe burns. One person has been confirmed dead after a fire in an apartment in Bodø. Relatives have been notified. The police have cordoned off the scene and forensic examinations will be carried out, writes operations manager Veronica Helen Nylund in the police log.
