One Person Arrested in Shida Kartli on Charges of Depraved Behavior Towards a 13-Year-Old Teenager

A 22-year-old man has been arrested in Shida Kartli on charges of committing a depraved act against a 13-year-old boy. As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, an investigation into the incident has been launched under Article 141, Part 2, Subparagraph “f” of the Criminal Code, which refers to a depraved act committed by an adult without violence against a person under the age of fourteen with prior knowledge.
