- Dr. Ritesh Sarsaniya, a professor at Government Ayurved College in Junagadh, flagged the issue after a faculty member alerted him to WhatsApp messages containing exam-related content matching the questions asked.
- NSUI Junagadh district president Mayur Savaliya alleged the "BAMS paper was leaked," demanding immediate cancellation and legal action. Preliminary comparisons showed 11 of the 12 questions matched circulated messages.
- In-Charge Examination Controller HP Zala announced an investigation committee will be formed after consulting the Vice-Chancellor. Zala confirmed no complaints have been received regarding other papers.
