The hearing of the case related to Shiv Sena started in the Supreme Court in which senior lawyer of Uddhav Thackeray faction Kapil Sibal presented arguments on the anti-defection law and the behavior of the party MLAs.
The Supreme Court has fixed the next hearing in the case related to the name and election symbol of the Shiv Sena party for August 4. In the hearing held today, senior advocate Kapil Sibal of the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) party argued in the court mainly on the issue of MLA disqualification.
