One Charged Following Fatal Pedestrian Collision

Shortly before 7:40 am, on December 16, 2025, police were called to an area near the intersection of Kress Street and Longman Crescent, for a report that a vehicle had collided with a pedestrian. Further investigation revealed a pick-up truck had collided with a female pedestrian who was walking on the street. The driver remained on scene and contacted police.
