Murder Suspect Arrested - Admits to Deadly Violence

The man in his 50s suspected of the murder in Östervåla was taken into custody on Thursday. He admits to causing the victim's death. "But he denies that he had the intent to kill," says prosecutor Thomas Bälter.

Police have charged a man in his 50s with the murder of a man in his 40s in Dokka in the Inland region. The two knew each other from before, according to police.

A person has died after a violent incident at a home in Dokka in Nordre Land late Wednesday evening. Another person has been arrested in the case.
