Emergency crews responded early this morning to a reported fire at the historic Hancock School in Onancock. According to initial reports, at approximately 7:30 a.m., units from the Wachapreague, Melfa, Painter, Onancock, Tasley, and Parksley fire companies were dispatched to the scene following a report of an electrical fire at the school.
