The sentence for an Onalaska woman who hit with her vehicle, and and killed an 87-year-old woman on Main Street two years ago, was sentenced Wednesday. Megan Urch was given a 180-day jail term, followed by six months of house arrest and five years of probation for hitting and killing Darlene Wozney, who was crossing the street in the middle of the day. Urch admitted that she was looking at her phone and did not slow down before hitting Wozney.
