A video from a body camera shows the arrest of an employee of a Dolphin Mall store, accused of placing a pen with camera inside the bathroom. Bernardo Pellicer-Dorta, 38, was arrested in May on two charges of voyeurism on video and an assault charge, according to records from Miami-Dade prison.
