Abu Dhabi renewables major Masdar has partnered with Austrian energy company OMV to make a “significant investment” in the largest hydrogen project in Austria. Abu Dhabi Invests in OMV Hydrogen Plant in Bruck a.d. Leitha
Masdar, the state-owned renewable energy company from Abu Dhabi, is investing a three-digit million sum in OMV's hydrogen project in Bruck an der Leitha. The contract was signed with Ahmed Al Jaber, the UAE's Minister of Industry. Masdar will own 49 percent and OMV 51 percent of the joint venture.
