Ombudsman appeals to UNESCO over damage to seven cultural heritage sites in OdessaThe Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, has appealed to UNESCO following the massive rocket attack on Odessa, which damaged seven cultural heritage sites in the city's historic center.
