Olin Montgomery Lacy Jr., 86, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025 in a local care center.  He was born and raised in Houston, Texas and had been a resident of Longville for the last 45 years. Olin received his Master’s Degree from Georgia Tech and then went on to start his own business, Lacy and Associates Land Surveying.
