The PJ of Aveiro arrested the elderly outside of flagrante delicto. Zona had already recorded other suspicious outbreaks and nearby there are houses and industrial facilities.
The Judicial Police arrested a 73-year-old man suspected of causing a forest fire in Sever do Vouga, Aveiro district. The fire was quickly dominated by popular and firefighters, preventing it from reaching an extensive forest area and dwellings.
According to PJ, "the 'modus operandi' consisted of the direct flame resource, in a forest area, close to an extensive forest spot, with several industrial installations and dwellings in the vicinity".
