‘Old fashioned kind of winter’ in the N.W.T. after warm fall, climatologist says

Freezing temperatures in the N.W.T. this winter have made it one of the coldest winters recorded this century, a throwback to winters of old, according to a senior climatologist with Environment and Climate Change Canada.
