Okaloosa backs Destin's bid for Highway 98 pedestrian underpass funding

Okaloosa County Commissioners unanimously approved an interlocal agreement Tuesday with the city of Destin to fund a pedestrian underpass project at the Highway 98 and Stahlman Avenue intersection.
