The ID Kids group, which owns the children's fashion brands Okaïdi and Obaïbi, is facing a fall in activity in France.
The IDKIDS group, the parent company of Okaïdi, requested the protection of the Lille commercial court, paving the way for a possible judicial reorganization. The proceedings aim to preserve its French activities in the face of a difficult economic context and strong competition.
The procedure concerns in particular Obaïbi, Okaïdi and Oxybul, but not the Jacadi brand, children's clothing, announced the French group on Tuesday 27 January.
