DETROIT LAKES — The Ojibwe Forests Rally has been headquartered at Detroit Lakes' Soo Pass Ranch for several years now, hosting a kickoff party, Parc Expose and "Super Special" rally racing stage that gives the drivers a chance to show out with their driving skills in front of a live audience.
