While the Court of Auditors estimated the amount of public expenditure for the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games at €6 billion last June, the High Commission on Strategy and Plan states that the bill is significantly lower.
Taking into account the social, economic and environmental effects of the OJ 2024 in Paris, the High Commission on the Plan estimates their net cost at 2.8 billion euros. Much less than the 6.6 billion of the Court of Auditors.
